The Authority operates under strict compliance with the program guidelines of federal and state governmental regulators. For more information on federal program standards and services, consult United States Department of Housing and Urban Development and for information on state programs consult the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Authority.

The Authority operates in partnership with a number of professional associations that share goals of affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing for all families and individuals. At the national level, we look to the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials. At the state level, we are members of the Pennsylvania Association of Housing and Redevelopment Agencies and also the Housing Alliance of Pennsylvania.
