Maintenance Positions
To apply for a Maintenance position:
Applications can be picked up and returned to the Housing Authority
of the City of York office, located at 31 South Broad Street,
York PA. Applications remain active for six months: after which
you must reapply.

The Housing Authority must hire an applicant who has applied
and tested through the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission.
Those who have tested and passed will be put on a list of eligibles.

AN OPENING.
You must apply on line at the Pennsylvania State Civil
Service Commission by completing the State Civil Service Commission
Application.

requirements. At the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission

that all Housing Authority of the City Of York positions are
considered under the local government category, this is important
when you are applying.
